🕒 Full-time role – 37.5 hours
📍 Horsea Island (Portsmouth)

🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinate scheduling of training programmes, including creating and maintaining timetables
Allocate resources (trainers, rooms, equipment) to ensure smooth delivery of courses
Maintain and update course schedules and templates within internal systems
Publish training schedules and course information on relevant platforms
Support changes to schedules, ensuring updates are accurately reflected and communicated
Provide administrative support for training delivery, including coordinating visits, venues, and guest speakers
Liaise with internal teams to ensure all scheduling and resource requirements are met
Assist with reporting and general scheduling administration, including handling queries and supporting day-to-day operations

Essential:

Previous experience as an administrator/coordinator
Strong MS Office skills
Adaptable
Excellent communication skills
