Manage first-mile transport operations, optimize carrier routes, and analyze supply chain performance metrics.
• Gerir a operação de coletas do programa, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs de janela de coleta e a aderência aos ciclos de coleta junto às transportadoras parceiras;
• Monitorar e otimizar as rotas de coleta, acompanhando manifestos de planejamento, volumes por ciclo e capacidade das rotas para maximizar a eficiência e reduzir custos;
• Gerir, analisar e melhorar as métricas de performance do programa, incluindo taxa de coleta no prazo, fill rate das rotas e custo por pacote coletado;
• Apresentar métricas e resultados para stakeholders internos (programa, operações, finance) e externos;
• Analisar forecast de volume para dimensionar a capacidade de coleta e antecipar ajustes na malha de transporte;
• Gerir problemas operacionais diários junto às transportadoras de forma colaborativa e construtiva, identificando causas-raiz de falhas de coleta, oportunidades de melhoria no processo de ponta a ponta e propor soluções escaláveis;
• Estabelecer comunicação fluida com as áreas envolvidas na operação (First Mile, Middle Mile, estações de entrega, sellers) para entender processos upstream e downstream e/ou necessidades tecnológicas críticas para a execução bem-sucedida das metas do programa;
• Buscar continuamente a melhoria dos processos, desobstruir gargalos operacionais e manter toda a documentação, SOPs e diretórios atualizados para garantir conformidade e acompanhamento efetivo;
• Suportar a expansão do programa, com padronização de processos e acompanhamento de ramp-up;
• Gerar e analisar relatórios, queries e dashboards para suportar decisões operacionais e de negócio;
• Suportar na análise e definição de tempos de trânsito, tabelas de tarifas de frete, custos operacionais e desempenho das rotas de coleta.

Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in data analysis and extracting insights to make data-backed business decisions
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment
