Travel & Expenses Analyst - English Speaker

Job Description:

We are now recruiting a Travel and Expense Analyst to join our Travel & Expenses team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities - your mission:

● Perform audits on travel and non-travel related expenses according to local tax laws and legal requirements and in line with company directives
● Ensure that any reimbursement has the support of documentation such as invoices, tickets, receipts etc.
● Perform second level analysis for Internal Control (esp. Third parties, G&H)

considering local law and Airbus regulations
● Ensure compliance with Airbus Policies/guidelines, E&C, Risk management and country specific Tax regulations
● Administrate the corporate credit card program, managing applications, controlling the usage and ensuring the cancelation in case of resignation of the user
● Provides support to our end users, in questions related to travel booking, expense submission and reimbursement process, over the phone and by email

Requirements - our ideal candidate must have:

● Strong focus on Customer
● Attention to detail, resistance to stress and an easy-going personality
● Good language skills in the local language considered in the job offer
● Ability to communicate clearly with end‐users, peers and management
● Strong knowledge of standard office software (GOOGLE workplace)
● Good awareness of any potential compliance risk and commitment to act with integrity.

Applicants ideally should have:
● SAP experience
● Experience in a customer interface role
● Autonomy, proactiveness and capacity to take initiatives 
● Strong commitment to learn, develop, grow and build a career inside T&E

● Business fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
