The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Treasury SAP Deployment Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading Treasury deployment activities for assigned regions, ensuring timely deliverables, gate readiness, progress tracking and clear escalation of risks, issues and roadblocks. 
• Representing Treasury in regional deployment forums and partnering with regional process teams to coordinate ERP governance, deliverables and stakeholder updates. 
• Identifying current-state gaps and deployment risks, proposing proactive mitigations, and driving standard, harmonized processes aligned with the global banking strategy. 
• Supporting end-to-end testing, SAP security role assignment and testing, and the extraction, organization and sharing of customer and credit data from local legacy systems. 
• Establishing and maintaining deployment documentation, job aids and training materials, while ensuring optimised and aligned bank statement setup between SAP and the treasury management system.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of Treasury business process experience with minimum 5 years of experience in leading large system or enterprise resource planning implementations.
• Experience with the following SAP modules; Treasury & Risk Management, Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Cash, Bank Communication Management, and Financial Supply Chain Management

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

•         Experience with SAP S4 Hana Treasury Implementations

•         Experience with Kyriba TMS statement and payment setup

Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode
