As a Universal Banker, you will be the face of MashreqBank Egypt, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your role is crucial in managing customer expectations, minimizing attrition, and acquiring new customers through sales. You will also educate customers on alternative banking channels and digital technologies.

Manage cash transactions through teller counters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

A University Graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of branch banking experience.
Age between 23-30 years, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
Thorough knowledge of retail banking products, processes, services, and policies.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Strong sales and cross-selling abilities, with a proven track record in customer acquisition.
Computer literacy and a tech-savvy mindset, comfortable with digital banking technologies.
Ability to work effectively with diverse customer demographics, maintaining a bias-free approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues.
Decision-making skills and the ability to make informed choices regarding customer accounts.
