Key job responsibilities
担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定から実行管理までを一貫して担い、予算策定プロセスを主導します。販売データおよび市場動向を分析し、データドリブンな販売戦略の立案・実施・改善をリードします。最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓を行い、仕入れ条件の最適化を通じてコスト競争力を確保します。
ディストリビューター・メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップを構築・維持し、複雑な状況下でも戦略的判断と効果的な交渉によりパートナーシップを強化します。ウェブを活用したプロモーション施策を企画・立案し、メーカーへの販売を推進します。
シニアマネジメント層を含む社内関連部署（事業部長、在庫管理、ウェブ制作、出品者事業、マーケティング等）と密接に連携し、業務の効率化と高質化を実現します。また、全社に影響を及ぼし得る複数のプロジェクトにリーダーまたはメンバーとして参画し、成果を創出します。

About the team
WL/AMI/CA事業部は、Amazon Japan Hardlines/EITS部門に属し、Wireless（スマートフォン・スマートウォッチ・タブレット）、Audio & Music Instruments（ヘッドホン・スピーカー・楽器・レコーディング機器）、Camera（デジタルカメラ・アクションカメラ・関連アクセサリー）を管轄しています。テクノロジーとエンターテインメントが交差する成長市場において、グローバルブランドとの戦略的パートナーシップとデータドリブンな意思決定により、本事業部は市場を上回る成長を実現し続けています。

Basic qualifications
- 学士（大卒）以上
- リテール (営業、営業企画、マーケティング、事業企画, 事業運営、バイイング・マーチャンダイジングなど）、またはビジネスマネジメント・コンサルティング における交渉の経験5年以上
- Excel使用経験3年以上
- 財務分析またはP&L管理の経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力（読み書き・会話）
Preferred qualifications
- 英語力：書面（email、レポート）、および口頭（会議、電話、TV会議）で定常的にコミュニケーションを行うことができる。
- プロジェクトマネジメント：外部パートナーを含むクロスファンクショナルな、また全社を巻き込むような複雑なプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
- 財務会計知識：財務データ（B/S、P/L、キャッシュフロー）を理解し、基礎的な財務分析を行うことができる。
- 業界経験：リテール／EC／メーカーでのバイイング、マーチャンダイジング、ベンダーマネジメント、営業などの業務経験
