About the Role: Flow is looking for a hands-on visual storyteller to shoot and edit the photo and video content behind our brand, buildings, and communities. You'll work directly with the Marketing Team to plan, capture, and produce content for every marketing and brand channel, from digital and social to print, signage, events, presentations, and beyond. This is an end-to-end role: you'll be behind the camera, in the air with the drone, and at the editing desk. At Flow, brand is not a layer added at the end—it is the foundation beneath every decision we make. This person will help capture the Flow brand, package that content quickly to be consumed in a mobile-first environment, and find the moments that evoke feeling. You'll turn everyday life inside our buildings into stories people want to be part of, content that makes someone stop scrolling and imagine themselves living at Flow.
