Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect and perform system receiving of incoming materials and parts.
Transfer materials for inspection and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for discrepancies in quantity, revision level or part number.
Store accepted materials, new parts and subcontractor-repaired items in designated storage locations.
Pick, kit and issue materials according to Work Orders and Manufacturing Orders.
Process consumable replenishment, exchange requests and scrap requests.
Perform inventory control activities including stock storage, 5S housekeeping, cycle counting, expiry monitoring and inventory audits.
Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse documentation and filing.
Monitor and replenish packaging materials and stationery.
Coordinate calibration and servicing of warehouse equipment.
Support workplace Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements :

GCE N-Level, GCE O-Level, ITE, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Preferably possesses warehouse, storekeeping, inventory control, logistics or material handling experience.
Basic computer skills, including email and internet usage.
Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 20 kg.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with inventory systems, cycle counting and stock control processes is an advantage.
Willing to support workplace 5S and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Other information:

Working Location: Changi
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations
This is a 1 Year contract position, extendable based on business requirements
