Über die Rolle

Als Werkstudent:in für UX Copywriting arbeiten Sie bei Tide abteilungsübergreifend an verschiedenen Produktkategorien. Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, die deutsche Version unseres Produkts zu lokalisieren und zu erstellen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit dem globalen Produktteams zusammen und integrieren Feedback von lokalen kommerziellen Teams, um eine qualitativ hochwertige UX-Copy für unsere Kunden sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Mikrotexte schreiben: Sie formulieren Texte für alle App Screens und Produkterlebnisse in unseren verschiedenen Produktkategorien.
• Nutzer und Zielgruppe verstehen: Sie arbeiten eng mit Designern sowie dem globalen Produktteam zusammen, um die beste Ansprache für die Zielgruppe zu finden.
• Produkt-Lokalisierung: Sie unterstützen bei der Lokalisierung des Produkts aus einer UX-Copywriting-Perspektive und integrieren Feedback von lokalen kommerziellen Teams.
• Texte testen und optimieren: Sie prüfen, ob Nutzer die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm schnell und mühelos verstehen.

Was Sie mitbringen

• Eingeschriebene/r Student/in an einer Hochschule oder Universität.
• Sehr gutes Gefühl für die deutsche Sprache (Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau) sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
• Starkes Interesse an Apps, UX/UI Design, Content Design und digitaler Nutzerführung.
• Ausgeprägte Empathie für KundInnen sowie die Fähigkeit, Produkte konsequent aus Nutzersicht zu betrachten.
• Erste Textproben oder ein kleines Portfolio, das Ihre UX-Copywriting-Fähigkeiten zeigt.
