Als Workplace Safety & Physical Security Officer übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für Workplace Safety sowie den Gesundheitsschutz im Rahmen der Julius Bär Schweiz. Sie stellen die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen sicher, entwickeln die bestehenden Sicherheitsstandards weiter und fördern eine nachhaltige Sicherheitskultur innerhalb der Bank. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Physical Security Organisation bei standortbezogenen Sicherheitsfragen und Projekten.YOUR CHALLENGE
- Verantwortung fĂĽr Workplace Safety, Health sowie Physical Security in der Schweiz
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen, insbesondere im Rahmen der EKAS-/ASA-Modelllösung
- DurchfĂĽhrung von Risikoanalysen, Sicherheitsbegehungen und Audits im Bereich Workplace Safety
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Massnahmen zur Risikominimierung und Prävention
- Verantwortung für Notfall-, Evakuations- und Alarmierungskonzepte sowie deren regelmässige Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung
- Planung und DurchfĂĽhrung von Schulungen, Awareness-Kampagnen und NotfallĂĽbungen
- Beratung von Management und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und physischen Sicherheit
- Steuerung externer Partner und Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Vermietern sowie Fachstellen
- Unterstützung der Physical Security Organisation bei Themen wie Gebäudesicherheit, Standortschutz, Sicherheitskonzepten und sicherheitsrelevanten Projekten
- Analyse von Vorfällen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Präventionsmassnahmen
YOUR PROFILE
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Corporate Security oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Schweizer Anforderungen im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
- Anerkannte Ausbildung als Spezialist/-in ASGS oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Praxiskenntnisse im Bereich Physical Security, insbesondere Gebäudesicherheit, Veranstaltungsschutz, Sicherheitssysteme und Notfallmanagement
- Erfahrung in der DurchfĂĽhrung von Risikoanalysen, Audits und Schulungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
- Selbstständige, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Banken- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld
- Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Physische Sicherheit und Brandschutz
- IVR First Aid Level 3 oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Französischkenntnisse
