Job Description:

Deine Aufgaben

Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Zollsysteme
Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, IT-Entwicklungsteams und externen Softwareanbietern
Unterstützung bei Systemanpassungen, Updates und Implementierungen
Durchführung von Benutzertests (UAT) und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
Unterstützung der Anwender bei Systemanfragen, Fehleranalysen und Störungsbehebungen
Dokumentation von Prozessen, Systemkonfigurationen und Änderungen
Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Optimierung von Zoll- und Brokerage-Prozessen
Arbeitszeit: Montag bis Freitag, 05:00 Uhr bis 13:12 Uhr (38,5 Wochenstunden)

Das bringst du mit

Berufserfahrung im Zoll-, Brokerage- oder Logistikumfeld
IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit Office- und Datenbanksystemen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Eigenes Fahrzeug zur Anreise von Vorteil

Für diese Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 3.500 brutto pro Monat auf Basis von 38,5 Wochenstunden. Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
