This position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement in the Digital Operations department of CNILX. Each day, you will acquire knowledge in AI technologies and development practices by performing assigned tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by developing intelligent tools, supporting ABB's digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing your personal education and employment opportunities.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Learn and understand the company's digital business scenarios, AI-related technologies (LLM, Generative AI), development frameworks, and industry applications
- Develop AI tools and applications targeting internal business scenarios using LLM and Generative AI technologies (e.g., intelligent Q&A systems, document processing tools, data analysis assistants)
- Research and evaluate mainstream AI development frameworks and tools (such as LangChain, OpenAI API, RAG, Agent, etc.), and deliver feasibility reports or prototype demonstrations
- Identify scenarios in business processes where AI can improve efficiency, propose solutions, and validate the approaches
- Assist in preparing AI promotion materials, including user guides, demonstration presentations, and internal training sessions
- Support the team with data processing, script development, and other ancillary tasks in digitalization projects
Qualifications for the role
- Currently pursuing a full-time bachelor's degree or higher qualification (3rd year and above). Priority given to candidates from Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
- Proficient in Python programming language with good understanding of basic data processing libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy).
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering fundamentals with the ability to independently build simple LLM applications.
- Familiarity with web development or script development frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit) is preferred. Experience with RAG, Agent, or Fine-tuning technologies is a plus.
- Proficient English reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand technical documentation in English.
- Strong logical thinking and learning abilities, with good communication skills, independent design capability, and strong teamwork spirit.
- Good documentation writing ability and solid coding practices.
