Internship Program Overview: Our 10-week Summer Intern Program is designed to provide students with a challenging and meaningful experience supporting the Fiducient Advisors Performance Analytics team. The position involves day-to-day responsibilities and a variety of projects that will allow interns to enhance their knowledge of the financial services industry. The role is in-person three days a week and remote two days per week. Location: Chicago, IL or Windsor, CT Key responsibilities include: Support the onboarding of new clients within Fiducient’s performance systems. Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across performance and CRM systems. Use Excel to reconcile performance data and help identify discrepancies. Participate in training and professional development opportunities with Performance team leaders. Assist with ad hoc projects and other team initiatives as assigned. Perform responsibilities in a primarily seated office environment, with regular communication and occasional standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands and fingers. Lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available to support the performance of essential job functions. Qualifications: Preferably a rising senior Finance, Business, or Economics major required Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and prioritization skills Problem solving skillset, paired with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time General enthusiasm about investments / the financial services industry Proficiency using Microsoft suite products, especially Microsoft Excel The summer internship experience provides interns with meaningful exposure to the financial services industry. The hourly range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
