Account Executive, CB2 Position Overview 企業営業第2部のアカウントエグゼクティブは、Aon の他部門と連携しながらグローバル日系大企業に対するリスクマネジメント、保険プログラムの設計・契約等管理を通じて、ハイレベルのサービスを提供します。業務内容・エーオン他部門と連携して担当顧客の保険プログラムを維持管理する・顧客のリスクを分析し、各種戦略の策定および高度なソリューションを提供する・保険プログラムの維持管理、ソリューションの対価として妥当なコミッション、フィーを獲得する・顧客をはじめとして、社内外の関係者と適切かつ迅速なコミュニケーション（英語含む）を取る・既存顧客と良好な信頼関係を構築し、更なる取引の拡大と、新たなビジネスチャンスの開拓をする・保険事故事案、保険金請求に関する状況のモニターを行う・顧客対応に必要な保険、およびリスクマネジメントの知識を適宜習得する・エーオンのグローバルおよび日本においてビジネスに関連する法令を遵守するスキルと資格優れた業務管理能力業務管理・優先順位付け・進捗管理・ワークフローの期限管理ができ、業務を柔軟に対応できること優れた顧客対応力・問題解決能力口頭、書面での高いコミュニケーション能力と、社内外との良好な関係を構築・維持する優れたスキル保険マーケット（保険会社またはブローカー／代理店）の実務経験 Excel、Word、PowerPointを実務レベルで使いこなせること目標達成に向けてチームワークを重視して業務に取組む姿勢⋰ 保険会社と連携して業務を行い、リスクを分析するとともに、発生した問題を適宜解決できること高いプロ意識を持ち、自律的に行動できること勤務条件・給与：経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定・勤務地：東京23区・勤務時間：9:00-17:00（休憩60分・実働7時間）フレックスタイム制、残業有　※残業代の付与条件は規定による・待遇：賞与、各種社会保険、確定拠出年金等・休日：完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年末年始(12/30～1/3)年次有給、リフレッシュ休暇等 2585302
