What you’ll be doing

• Successful sales achievement: meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual quotas for contracts and revenue in the Thailand market.
• Prospecting: build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business in Thailand to hit quarterly and annual targets, including access and alignment with customer C-levels.
• Sales pipeline management: keep an accurate Salesforce.com record of all opportunities, white-space, contacts and account history, with appropriate communication.
• Value-based selling: deliver an engaging value-based sales methodology, drive meaningful value for every stakeholder, and present the vision to C-levels, in both Thai and English.
• Ethical selling: sell what we can deliver. It is core to our principles and a key reason we are roughly 100% customer referenceable.
• Sales cycle management: own the full cycle in your territory, from solution development and deal-term negotiation to contract close.
• Negotiation: negotiate contracts and agreements so expectations are established, communicated and documented.
• Team focus: work with internal teams to maintain 100% customer satisfaction and uncover opportunities for additional business growth.

What you’ll bring

• Experience: 5+ years of successful enterprise sales in supply chain planning within Manufacturing, focused on tier one and two markets ($500M+), with a strong network and track record in Thailand.
• Language: fluent Thai and professional-level English (spoken and written), as you will engage Thai-speaking C-levels, business teams and legal counterparts day to day.
• Track record: proven complex selling to the business and the C-level, with repeated over-achievement of quota.
• Self-starter: independent, resourceful, adaptable and achievement-oriented; entrepreneurial, and able to grow a territory into a functioning business.
• Team player: open-minded, hands-on and down to earth, with good experience working with inside sales, pre-sales, alliances and sales operations to create the best outcomes for customers and the company.
• Customer-focused: RELEX is obsessed with customer satisfaction, so you build and maintain long-term, win-win client relationships.
• Value seller: value-selling DNA and a strong background using value-selling tools. Our customers see high ROI, and our solution and sales model are aligned to it.
• Good communicator: excellent communication in customer interactions, proposals, internal updates and Salesforce.com sales reporting.
• Expert negotiator: experience leading SaaS and Services contract negotiations with C-levels, technical teams and legal teams, and building predictable closing strategies aligned with the client.
