- Understand each customer’s business, goals and technology needs
- Manage and grow a portfolio through proactive customer engagement
- Identify opportunities that deliver genuine value and better business outcomes
- Connect customers with the right technology solutions and specialist support
- Develop new relationships through warm and cold calling
- Maintain consistent communication, follow-up and customer care
- Contribute positively to team performance, culture and business growth

- Performance-related pay and reward opportunities
- A genuine work-life balance with a 37-hour working week and a full one-hour lunch break each day
- Access to extensive learning, development and career opportunities across the Telstra network

About you
You’re ambitious, curious and ready to take ownership of your career. You enjoy working with people, build trust naturally and are motivated by helping customers achieve better outcomes.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in account management, telecommunications, ICT, business sales, retail sales or customer-facing roles
- A genuine understanding of small and medium business customers
- Confidence engaging with existing and prospective customers
- Experience with proactive calling, relationship building and follow-up
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A willingness to learn, be coached and continue developing
