What you’ll do

Invoicing & Billing Operations

Generate and dispatch customer invoices, credit memos, and return authorizations within NetSuite.
Manage billing schedules and milestone billing.
Issuing tax invoices.

Cash Application & Bank Reconciliation

Post and apply daily customer receipts.
Reconcile undeposited funds, clearing accounts, and customer deposits.
Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and short payments.
Conduct monthly reconciliations between the AR aging sub-ledger and the General Ledger (GL).

Collections & Dispute Resolution

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve invoice disputes, pricing discrepancies, and billing questions.

What you will need

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
Solid understanding of standard AR workflows, debit/credit mechanics, and revenue timing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data reconciliations)
Fresh graduate are welcome.
