Prenderai parte a diversi progetti di trasformazione del business e delle Operations dei principali players in ambito Banking & Capital Markets, fornendo un contributo innovativo grazie anche alle vaste competenze del nostro network internazionale. I principali ambiti progettuali riguardano: 

Target Operating Model Design & Change Management 

  • Revisione modelli organizzativi in termini di right sizing delle strutture, meccanismi di coordinamento, razionalizzazione livelli gerarchici e span of control, mappatura competenze 

  • Revisione dei processi per aumentare l'efficienza industriale e favorire la digitalizzazione 

Sourcing Strategy & Operations Transformation (Business Process Outsourcing, Share Service Center e Global Share Service) 

  • Set up e efficientamento di Centri Servizi Operations tramite l’accentramento e polarizzazione di attività operative 

  •  Revisione strategie di sourcing e analisi Make or Buy 

  • Avvio partnership terze parti (Business Process Outsourcing) e set up Governance Outsourcing 

Performance & SLA/OLA Management 

  • Progettazione modelli di Balanced Scorecard attraverso la definizione di KPI e KQI 

  • Revisione modelli SLA & OLA Management 

  • Set up processi e strutture SLA & OLA Governance 

Program/Project Management per la guida di complesse iniziative progettuali con il coinvolgimento di stakeholder apicali (C-Level), favorendo l’allineamento con gli obiettivi strategici di Piano Industriale 

Your unique strengths

  • Hai conseguito una laurea magistrale in ingegneria gestionale oppure in economia

  • 3/4 anni di esperienza

  • Parli e scrivi in inglese fluentemente

  • Sei in grado di trovare soluzioni funzionali e innovative a progetti complessi

  • La tecnologia e i suoi strumenti sono una sfida stimolante e naturalmente il pacchetto Office non ha segreti per te

  • Sai lavorare per obiettivi e metterti in gioco con passione

  • Hai un approccio da team worker e hai buone capacità relazionali e comunicative

  • Hai sempre la valigia pronta anche per un viaggio di lavoro e motivazione all’attività di consulenza

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al 1° livello CCNL Commercio con una retribuzione indicativa tra 36.000€-50.000€, la cui determinazione finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 10% della retribuzione.
