·        Experience with at least one workflow or low-code platform such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate, Camunda, UiPath, n8n or equivalent; exposure to LangGraph or similar graph-based orchestration is desirable.

·        Ability to define tool contracts, business rules and acceptance tests with engineers, including permissions, fallbacks, timeouts, retries and escalation criteria.

Skills and AI tools this role asks for

Questions you could be asked

  1. Tell me about a workflow you automated with AI tools, end to end.
  2. How do you think about the risk of an AI system in this kind of role failing silently?
  3. What are the limits of Copilot that you've run into, and how did you work around them?
  4. What's a project where you used LangGraph hands-on?
  5. Walk me through how you've used N8n in your day-to-day work.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: AI Automation, AI Safety, Copilot, LangGraph, and N8n. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Show where AI is part of your daily process, not a one-off project — this role expects it to be a running habit.
