Amazon Global Selling (AGS) has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. We are seeking a Product Manager to drive AI initiatives and lead product development to support Seller business growth across Asia countries. The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities across global Seller life cycle, developing use cases/requirements, designing and implementing innovative solutions leveraging AI capabilities. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, and country account management teams to build and execute the product roadmap.

Key job responsibilities
• Identify opportunities, define business cases and develop roadmap.
• Drive AI product development.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency through technology innovation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different regions.

Basic qualifications

- 5+ years of product management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with AI/ML implementation and end to end solution delivery
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, with proven track record of launching successful products and services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience in working with cross-functional and international teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in marketplace or e-commerce platforms
