- Collaborate with team members working on orchestration, navigation, and manipulation to bring computer vision and ML expertise to their systems.
- Evaluate and adapt pioneering vision and ML models for real-world robotics use cases.
- Contribute to publications and/or patents as the team builds out its embodied AI research portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a closely related field.
- 1+ year relevant research experience (industry, postdoctoral, or equivalent).
- Experience in computer vision and/or machine learning, with experience using deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience in one or more of the following languages (C++, Java, Python)
- Experience delivering research outcomes through peer-reviewed publications, patents, prototypes, or other measurable technical contributions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to robotics systems, simulation environments, or real-world robot deployment.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning, generative models, or multimodal / vision-language-action models.
- Experience collaborating across a multi-disciplinary research team.

Skills and AI tools this role asks for
Questions you could be asked
- Walk me through a computer vision problem you solved, from raw data to a deployed model.
- Tell me about a research question you investigated. What did you find?
- What are the limits of PyTorch that you've run into, and how did you work around them?
- What's a project where you used TensorFlow hands-on?
Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: Computer vision, AI Research, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
