Job Description:
On-site position: Candidate will be working from 7207, Henri-Bourassa West, St-Laurent, Qc.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours per day: 4 hours
Schedule between 15h00 to 19h00 and 17:00-21:00
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and coordination of shipments including communication with overseas offices, pick up, delivery of goods; freight monitoring, documentation, insurance and accounting.
Obtain and produce all pertinent information
Organize transport and documentation with carriers.
Produce accurate information and documentation on time.
Develop business relations and follow up with customers and partners (ex: carriers).
Qualifications:
Proficient in Windows, Microsoft applications
Adaptable to change, new program environments
Attention to detail
Fast paced environment
Background in Freight Forwarding ideal, but not required
Bilingual (French and English) - International Trade business
