Esta é uma posição que apoiará a expansão das operações AMZL e definindo a cobertura de atuação de cada operação e suas respectivas jurisdições em cada uma das áreas pré definidas. A função principal será a de analise, validação e configuração das jurisdições, incluindo revisões frequentes com o objetivo de otimização da área de abrangência e respectivos custos operacionais, levando em consideração capacidade de execução e perfil de demanda de cada região.

Key job responsibilities
- Análise tecnica de jurisdição de atendimento;
- Gerenciamento/Coordenação de alterações nas jurisdições de atendimento envolvendo os times afetados;
- Configuração efetiva dos sistemas que regem a área de atuação de cada operação Amazon Logísticas;
- Suporte de roteirização para novos lançamentos;

Basic qualifications

- High school or equivalent diploma
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience reviewing and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement
- Experience in business analytics with demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analysis using SQL, databases, and Excel in a business environment

Preferred qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics, supply chain or engineering
- Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment
- Experience leading the design, development and/or implementation of new business processes or programs
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of QGIS
