Contracts Administration

Location- Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes, contract lifecycle management, and commercial controls.
• Ability to review, manage, and maintain contract documentation, correspondence, records, and contractual deliverables.
• Understanding of construction contracts, procurement strategies, tender processes, and supplier management.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with Contracts, Procurement, Project Management, Engineering teams, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contract and procurement activities across all data center projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify contractual risks and support timely resolution.
• Effective negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret contractual terms, commercial requirements, and project procedures to ensure compliance.

Experience: 10 to 12 Yrs with BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ QS
