Tem o papel de suportar engajamento, reconhcimento e construção da cultura Amazon no centro de distribuição.
Key job responsibilities
- Gerenciar e organizar a agenda diária do Site Leader, garantindo alinhamento de prioridades e otimização do tempo.
- Coordenar o calendário de "Have Fun", incluindo planejamento e execução de eventos de engajamento e celebrações de peak.
- Gerenciar o estoque de brindes (swags), incluindo a loja de swags e a distribuição aos associados.
- Organizar e coordenar mesas redondas (round tables), town hall meetings e visitas de familiares ao site.
- Gerenciar o programa de reconhecimento "Top Associates of the Month", incluindo premiações e celebrações de marcos (milestones).
- Participar de gembas diárias, projetos e auditorias, registrando atas e organizando o acompanhamento das ações geradas.
- Gerenciar os planos de ação referentes a rotinas padrão da empresa, tais como: quadros de voz dos associados, gembas de melhoria de processo e reuniões de melhoria.
Basic qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree
- Experiência em funções administrativas ou de suporte operacional
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in an operational role, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
