  • Drive Day 1 and TSA readiness: Coordinate operational readiness, transitional service agreements (TSAs), service dependencies, business continuity measures and post-close stabilization activities.
  • Support transaction execution: Cover integrations and separation topics during due diligence, transaction planning, including TSAs and other ancillary agreements.
  • Give senior management clear recommendations and secure buy-in on integration and carve-out matters.

What you bring:

  • Proven ability to personally drive integration/separation workstreams or coordinate integration/separation management office, from planning through implementation.
  • Practical experience with transaction milestones such as due diligence, Sign-to-Close planning, Day 1 readiness, first-100-day plans, TSA management and post-close execution.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills, plus a solid grasp of the industry and macroeconomic environment
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners, assertive, yet highly collaborative.
  • Ownership mindset and a structured, pragmatic approach to ambiguity, pressure and competing priorities.
  • Business-fluent English.
