Your role and responsibilities

ABB Machine Automation Division, also known to its customers as B&R, is an innovative automation company headquartered in Austria with additional offices around the world. As a major global provider of automation solutions, B&R develops, manufactures, and markets industrial electronics, software, and mechatronic solutions, as well as machine and factory automation technologies. Since 2020, the B&R automation portfolio has also included Codian delta robots. Through its innovative solutions, B&R continuously sets new standards and meets customer expectations.

Work model: #Li-hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

Identifying and resolving customers’ technical issues.
Individually delivering projects involving machine and process control systems for B&R customers.
Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure the technical accuracy of proposed hardware and software configurations.
Delivering internal and external technical trainings and presentations related to the B&R portfolio.
Continuously updating and expanding knowledge of B&R hardware and software technologies.

Qualifications for the role

University degree in Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in automation engineering or technical support roles.
Technical knowledge in automation, programming, electrical engineering, and electronics.
Ability to work with technical documentation and read electrical schematics.
Valid Category B driving license.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
