Job Description

🌟 Descripción de la beca

Formarás parte del área de Ingeniería de Procesos, colaborando en proyectos de industrialización de piezas plásticas pintadas para vehículos y participando en el desarrollo de nuevos productos y procesos de fabricación.

Trabajarás junto a equipos de Ingeniería, Producción y Calidad, participando en el seguimiento de proyectos industriales, la optimización de procesos de pintura y la mejora continua de las instalaciones productivas.

🎯 Lo que aprenderás

Gestión y seguimiento de proyectos de industrialización en entorno automoción.
Análisis de viabilidad industrial de nuevos productos y modificaciones de proceso.
Definición y optimización de procesos de pintura y fabricación de piezas plásticas.
Seguimiento de pruebas industriales y validación de procesos productivos.
Análisis y resolución de incidencias de calidad en producción.
Utilización de indicadores de calidad, coste, plazo y productividad para la mejora de procesos.
Coordinación con diferentes áreas de la empresa (Producción, Calidad, Ingeniería y Proveedores).
Aplicación de metodologías de mejora continua, eficiencia industrial y ergonomía.

🧩 Requisitos

Estar cursando o haber finalizado un grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Organización Industrial o similar.
Interés por los procesos industriales y el sector de automoción.
Capacidad de análisis, organización y trabajo en equipo.
Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Nivel medio de inglés.
