DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Belgium CommEx Specialist, located in Diegem, Belgium.
Job Description
- Administers strategic sales force effectiveness plans, derived from sales performance goals and business sales channels, that leverage actionable insights to increase product adoption rates and accelerate sales growth of key strategic accounts.
- Applies in-depth knowledge of innovative sales strategies and learning techniques to design sales productivity tools and enablement resources that support the achievement of goals, while maintaining focus on overall sales effectiveness objectives.
- Provides local business intelligence insights to local leadership including both external competitive and market landscape data with internal sales force effectiveness analytics to identify sales growth opportunities
- Administers sales team incentive scheme payout calculations and territory target setting aligned to frameworks established by leadership ensuring all processes are clearly documented aligned with local labor law and compliance controls.
- Implements sales performance initiatives and supports in defining scope, allocating resources, and ensuring sales reporting processes, training initiatives, and incentive programs align with departmental performance and organizational priorities.
- Develops complex key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales processes, training programs, and strategic initiatives as well as benchmarking current sales capabilities with industry leading standards and competitors.
- Communicates with sales team members to identify optimal sales performance measurements and performance management systems required to improve the organization's competitive positioning.
- Owns and administers the local Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, compliance with global standards, and alignment with local commercial business requirements. Acts as the primary point of contact for CRM governance, development, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives, translating business needs into scalable system capabilities and solutions that drive commercial effectiveness within the country organization.
- Leverages advanced digital and data management capabilities to connect and integrate commercial, financial, and operational data sources across ERP systems, CRM platforms, and enterprise data lakes. Designs, develops, and maintains business intelligence dashboards, analytical models, workflows, and custom applications using technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to support commercial excellence, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. undefined
- Develops, maintains, and enhances data models, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Advanced Data Analysis, Reporting, Dashboard Development, CRM Management and any other related quantitative-analytical roles.
- Experience with data visualization, storytelling and executive-level presentation of insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical/programming languages.
- Experience with process automation, workflow design, ETL/data processing, system integration and analytical tools such as Alteryx.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including proven experience with complex formulas, PivotTables, data modeling, and analytical reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps and/or Power Automate) is highly desirable.
- Capacity to translate business requirements into data-driven insights, analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, CRM platforms, data architecture, master data management and system integration principles.
- Experience working with large datasets, ensuring data quality, and supporting business decision-making through analytics and reporting.
- Salesforce.com certifications are considered a plus.
- Previous experience in the Healthcare industry (Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Biotech) is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of commercial, sales, customer engagement and supply chain processes within the Healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, including Country and Cluster Franchise Heads, Managing Directors, General Managers, and commercial leadership teams.
- Professional proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered a strong asset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or Business Administration (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Management)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€60,000.00 - €96,255.00
