This remote role supports the day-to-day management and growth of an assigned insurance client portfolio.
You will build strong relationships with clients, carriers, internal teams, and offshore support partners while delivering responsive, high-quality service.
The position covers the full account lifecycle, with a strong focus on renewals, policy administration, certificates, endorsements, and client requests.
You will also help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen retention, and grow existing accounts.
