Brand Manager (m/f/x) - Vaccines Austria

The Opportunity

As we establish and grow our presence in Austria, we are looking for a Brand Manager Vaccines Austria to play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial success and expanding the Seqirus footprint across the Austrian market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is passionate about driving growth through customer-centric, omnichannel engagement. Working closely with the Country Lead Austria, the National Account Manager Austria, and cross-functional teams across the region, you will help shape the future of our influenza and travel vaccine portfolio.

The Role

As Brand Manager Vaccines Austria, you will be responsible for developing and executing local brand and customer strategies that drive commercial performance, customer engagement and portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing annual brand plans for the influenza and travel vaccine portfolio.
• Localising and executing global and regional strategies to meet Austrian market needs.
• Leading integrated omnichannel campaigns across digital, face-to-face, social media, events and other customer touchpoints.
• Driving innovative digital initiatives and customer engagement programs.
• Analysing market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Managing marketing budgets, forecasts, KPI tracking and agency relationships.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and regional teams to deliver strong business outcomes.
• Building relationships with healthcare professionals, professional associations and key external stakeholders.
• Ensuring all activities comply with applicable regulations, industry standards and Seqirus policies.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Fluency in German and English.
• 5+ years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare commercial organisations, including Brand Management or Product Management responsibilities.
• Proven success in developing brand strategies and delivering impactful omnichannel campaigns.
• Experience in customer engagement, digital marketing and performance optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into business actions.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Knowledge of the Austrian healthcare environment is highly desirable.
• Experience in vaccines, infectious diseases, travel health or consumer healthcare is advantageous.

• We recognize and reward talent. While the minimum annual gross salary for this role under the applicable collective agreement is €86.000, the actual compensation package will reflect your skills, experience and qualifications and may be substantially higher.
