Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
Daily
• Performance Monitoring: Revisar o Scorecard e suas métricas principais (DCR, DNR, DSR, Learning, entre outras) para identificar EDSPs underperforming e iniciar coaching.
• Escalation Handling: Endereçar issues urgentes que impactem a network, coordenando com times Ops/Station.
Weekly
• WBR (Weekly Business Review): Participar das revisões semanais com times Ops, contribuindo com visão de capacidade e performance dos EDSPs. Escalar quando não há melhora observada.
• Peak Readiness Calls (sazonal): Conduzir reuniões de readiness durante preparação para picos (Consumer Week, Prime Day, MOP, Black Friday), com o intuito de construir a capacidade solicitada pela network.
• AMPL Performance Review: Analisar semanalmente o resultado do programa AMPL e atuar nos nodes que não estão performando conforme esperado.
• Procurement Planning (periódico): Agendar e participar de reuniões periódicas com o time de Procurement para alinhamento sobre resourcing, necessidades futuras de capacidade e planejamento de recursos para os parceiros EDSP/AMPL.
Monthly / Periodic
• Visitas a EDSPs: Visitas presenciais periódicas aos escritórios/estações dos EDSPs, suportando o pico e necessidades operacionais.
• MBR (Monthly Business Review): Responsável pelo agendamento e suporte da revisão mensal. A apresentação é conduzida pelo Regional Manager, que analisa os resultados operacionais e financeiros do parceiro EDSP/AMPL.
• Gestão Estratégica de Parceiros: Atuar como consultor em decisões sobre novos parceiros e transições de parceiros que não performam conforme esperado. Contribuir com visão estratégica sobre possíveis expansões para os parceiros existentes, subsidiando o planejamento executado pelo BD.

Growth & Excellence é um time de suporte à Operação EDSP/AMPL focado em crescimento, qualidade e manutenção da performance e excelência operacional que atende ao crescimento exponecial de AMZL. O time de EDSP/AMPL está espalhado em mais de 10 estados do Brasil suportando a capilaridade do last mile da Amazon Logistics.
Basic qualifications
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in optimizing products and services based on client needs
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent
