About the Role: Business Development Representative – LATAM
We're looking for an experienced outbound Business Development Representative to own pipeline generation across our Rest of LATAM (Latin America excluding Brazil and Mexico) territory. Most of that pipeline will come from your own outbound prospecting, and you'll also own the inbound MQLs your territory generates. This is a strategic, enterprise-focused seat: you'll work a defined set of high-value accounts, build the outbound motion into them alongside your Account Managers, and be the first point of contact for the security leaders evaluating how to reduce risk across their organizations.
Your day-to-day
Proactively generate outbound opportunities across your assigned RoLA territory, owning the process from account research to qualified meeting.
Partner 1:1 with your Account Managers to define and prioritize a shared list of top accounts, and align on the strategy to break into them.
Follow up on inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) in your territory within SLA, qualifying them and converting them into meetings.
Build credibility with your business partners by coming prepared to meetings, asking thoughtful questions, and focusing on quality over quantity.
Qualify prospects against clear criteria and hand off well-documented opportunities to your Account Managers, with the context they need to move the deal forward.
What you bring to the team
3+ years of B2B technology sales experience, including 2+ years as an outbound BDR/SDR generating pipeline through proactive prospecting by phone, email, and social media.
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely.
A track record of success in goal-driven, metrics-based environments.
A self-directed approach and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent attention to detail, time-management, and organizational skills.
An innovative mindset and an interest in creative problem-solving in a fast-changing environment.
A collaborative approach and a willingness to share effective sales tactics and learn from others.
Persistence and resilience, with a drive to tackle challenges and deliver results.
Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but not required.

Questions you could be asked
- How do you decide when an AI agent can act on its own versus asking for approval first?
- Tell me about a project where b2b sales was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where outbound prospecting was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where lead generation was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where saas sales was part of your work. What did you do?
Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: AI agents, B2b Sales, Outbound Prospecting, Lead Generation, and Saas Sales. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
