About WorkAon We have staff in 13 locations around New Zealand which allows us to focus on early contact and face to face rehabilitation with injured employees. Our nationwide network of providers ensures injured staff receive the best treatment possible as soon as practical. What the mahi looks like Our Case Managers provide needs-based services to people with complex injuries ensuring the best possible outcomes and independence for that individual. Determine injury or wellness related needs. Delivery of initial action plan discussions with injured workers and their manager Monitor and review costs associated with rehabilitation plans according to the policies of the company.
