Salary: Paying up to £13.57 per hour plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Casual contract working hours between 8am–8pm days and 8pm–8am nights, Monday to Sunday

As a Casual Night Duty Manager, you'll help ensure the centre operates safely, securely and effectively throughout the day and night. Supporting colleagues, customers and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone who uses the facility. Your work has purpose, helping the Trust deliver high-quality leisure services that make a positive impact on communities and support healthier futures.

What you’ll do as a Casual Night Duty Manager

• Oversee day and night operations, ensuring safety, security and excellent customer service at all times.
• Lead, support and motivate colleagues to deliver a high-quality experience for customers and visitors.
• Open and close the facility and carry out security, safety and site-wide checks in line with operational procedures.
• Respond effectively to accidents, incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action when required.
• Provide colleagues with information, instruction, induction and training to support safe and effective working practices.
• Monitor operational standards and take action to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.

Does this sound like you?

• Experience in facility management or a supervisory role within a leisure, hospitality or similar environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe working practices.
• Strong communication and customer care skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Confident IT skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A First Aid at Work certificate, or a willingness to obtain one.
