What you'll be doing

Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers as well as using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to meet sales targets. Our Beauty Consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, new product launches, product promoon, and merchandising. Our Consultant is also expected to maintain high levels of grooming standards.

• Build and maintain exceptional customer experience standards to develop strong client loyalty.

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.

• Recommend and sell beauty products based on customers' preferences, occasions, and individual needs.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of fragrance notes, families, products, and brand stories.

• Communicate product features, benefits, prices, availability, and promotions effectively.

• Deliver engaging consultations and product demonstrations.

• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets, KPIs, and incentive objectives.

• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the brand portfolio.

• Track sell-out performance and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.

• Monitor and report daily sales performance.

• Support new product launches, promotional activities, and in-store activations.

• Ensure the counter/store is maintained according to brand standards and guidelines.

• Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at all times.

• Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.

• Report stock shortages and support stock ordering processes.

• Ensure stock is received and handled according to set procedures.

• Maintain high standards of grooming and professional appearance.

• Act as a strong ambassador for the represented brand and consistently reflect their image and values.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in beauty retail, preferably within a premium or luxury environment.

• Strong passion for fragrances, beauty, and client experience.

• Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work retail hours and rotate across store locations, as required by the business.

• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.

• Ability to build relationships with customers and deliver personalized recommendations.

• Commercially driven with strong upselling and cross-selling skills.

• Strong grooming and professional presentation
