About the Job.
The ideal candidate is responsible of the human resources administration and materials of the kitchen and assure the highest standards in food preparation. Supporting staff training and development of all culinary aspects in all the areas.
About You.
The suitable candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same capacity un an upscale 5 stars hotel/resort environment. Ability to work in a challenging working environment, who can lead, supervise and motivate his/her staff in all aspect of the culinary areas to the highest professional standards with care and attention to detail and in accordance with the standard operating procedures established. Excellent Spoken and written English is required.
