Overview of role

The role is to build, maintain, and manage relationship management for the assigned channels and to achieve sales target. 

Responsibility

Ÿ   Establish strong relationship with gate keepers, key decision makers and influencers for the assigned channels.

Ÿ   Work with assigned channels on fund on-boarding to enhance product offering and to roll out campaigns to drive sales.

Ÿ   Identifying potential opportunity and growing business from assigned channels.

Ÿ   Develop business from under-tapped channels.

Ÿ   Conduct branch roadshows/trainings/client seminars.

Ÿ   Meet individual sales target and facilitate team head to achieve team goal.

Ÿ   Work closely within the team and cross-team to drive best sales results.

Ÿ   Executing agreed plans and assigned duties.

Ÿ   Collect and share market intelligence in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

Ÿ   At least 5 years of intermediary sales experience

Ÿ   Experience in ETF or handling insurance channel/bancassurance/bank would be a plus

Ÿ   SITCA SITE/SICE or Senior Broker License is required.

Ÿ   University graduate or above

Essential Skills

Ÿ   Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationship with channel partners and engage with people

Ÿ   Good articulation and presentation skills

Ÿ   Teamwork mindset

Ÿ   Previous experience of driving successful channel sales

Ÿ   Good business astute and good business risk conduct

Desirable Skills

Ÿ   Good command of English is preferred.

        Ÿ   Self -driven, highly motivated, ambitious
