作为飞利浦IGT-S高级临床应用专家（AAP），您将担任临床应用与创新领域的专业顾问，通过专业培训、应用推广、流程优化及临床创新支持，帮助客户充分发挥飞利浦介入临床解决方案的价值。您将与医生、销售、市场、产品管理及服务团队紧密合作，推动介入新技术的临床应用普及、客户满意度提升及业务持续增长。岗位职责（Your Role）

临床应用与培训
负责飞利浦IGT产品及解决方案的临床应用推广与培训工作；
为医生、技师及护理人员提供系统化产品培训和临床教育；
支持重点客户复杂病例及新技术开展；
推动产品在客户医院的规范化应用和最佳实践建立。
临床工作流程优化
深入理解客户临床需求及诊疗流程；
协助客户优化介入诊疗工作流程，提高诊疗效率；
建立标准化操作流程及最佳实践案例。
临床创新与证据支持
识别临床未满足需求（Unmet Needs）；
支持新技术、新应用及创新临床项目落地；
协助收集临床数据和成功案例；
支持临床研究及学术成果产出。
市场与竞品研究
按时完成竞品临床应用研究与市场分析；
跟踪行业发展趋势及临床技术进展；
为销售、市场和产品团队提供临床洞察。
患者安全与质量管理（PS&Q）
确保临床应用活动符合患者安全与质量要求；
定期开展Quality Tour和临床应用质量巡检；
推动客户满意度持续提升，满意度保持95%以上；
支持问题分析与持续改进。
跨部门合作
配合销售、市场、产品、服务团队开展客户支持工作；
支持区域客户拜访、产品演示及学术活动；
促进内部资源整合及项目协同。

我们期待您具备（You're The Right Fit If）

工作经验（Experience）
5年以上医疗设备行业相关工作经验；
具有临床应用、医学影像、介入治疗或相关领域经验；
有DSA、CT、超声等大型医疗设备支持经验者优先；
有介入放射（IR）、心血管（CV）、神经介入（Neuro）领域经验者优先。
核心能力（Skills）
扎实的医学及临床应用知识；
优秀的培训和演讲能力；
良好的数据分析及问题解决能力；
强大的沟通协调和客户管理能力；
较强的跨部门协作能力；
能够阅读并理解英文临床文献。
教育背景（Education）
临床医学、医学影像、生物医学工程、护理学等相关专业本科及以上学历；
硕士及以上学历优先。
其他要求（Anything Else）
以客户为中心，关注临床价值创造；
乐于学习新技术及创新临床解决方案；
能适应较频繁出差；
认同飞利浦患者安全与质量文化；
热衷于提升患者诊疗质量和临床效率。
