Clinical Study Documentation Specialist - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Tieto Tech Consulting’s team in Bulgaria consists of 500+ professionals specializing in the development of tailored digital solutions in diverse industries.

We are looking for a Clinical Study Documentation Specialist to join a team supporting clinical study setup and delivery. The role focuses on preparing and managing study documentation, supporting the setup of Informed Consent Forms (ICFs), and ensuring that study materials are complete, accurate, and correctly configured in the study portal. 

This role is based on a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in our Sofia office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate screenshot packages for Ethics Committee (EC) approval
• Generate screenshots using dedicated tools and complete missing materials when needed
• Prepare ICF documents in PDF format and configure them in a case study portal 
• Review study documentation and materials for completeness and accuracy 
• Manage user access, including invitations and access removal
• Work with portals, internal tools, and documentation following defined processes 
• Manage multiple study-related activities and documentation tasks  

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Excellent English language  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Confidence working with documentation, portals, and digital tools 
• Ability to follow structured processes and handle multiple activities 
• Good organizational and communication skills 
• Comfortable working in international team environment 

A significant advantage would be

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical trial domain 
• Previous experience with ICFs, clinical study documentation, or EC submissions
