  • Coordinate identification, documentation, ownership and mitigation of programme risks and issues.
  • Monitor Cluster, Region and Global dependencies and escalate material items through agreed governance channels.
  • Keep RAID information current and fit for management decision-making.

Programme reporting and management information

  • Establish a consistent Cluster reporting process and consolidate workstream updates into an integrated programme view.
  • Prepare Cluster status reports using agreed standards and templates.
  • Maintain visibility of milestone status, RAID items, decisions, resource constraints and priority actions.
  • Apply consistent RAG principles and provide concise, evidence-based information for leadership decisions.

Regional PMO and Cluster integration

  • Act as the primary PMO interface between the Cluster and Regional PMO.
  • Coordinate Cluster responses to regional programme requirements and cascade standards, templates, milestones and reporting expectations locally.

  • Maintain programme artefacts in agreed repositories and ensure documentation is current, accessible and consistent.

Delivery monitoring and assurance

  • Monitor Cluster delivery against agreed milestones and programme commitments.
  • Identify emerging schedules, dependency and execution risks and highlight delivery gaps.
  • Monitor critical actions and deliverables and support structured programme reviews and milestone assessments.
  • Provide objective programme information supporting escalation and decision-making.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: RAG, Pmo, Programme Management, Governance, and Raid Management. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
