Job Description & Summary

Au sein de l'équipe Data & IA, le Manager accompagne les organisations dans la définition, la conception et le déploiement de solutions Data, Analytics, Machine Learning et Intelligence Artificielle.
Il intervient à la fois comme expert, chef d'orchestre des dispositifs de transformation et responsable de la relation client, depuis les phases de cadrage jusqu'à l'industrialisation des solutions.
Le Manager Data & IA pilote des équipes pluridisciplinaires, contribue au développement des offres, participe activement aux démarches commerciales et garantit la qualité des solutions délivrées.

Principales responsabilités :

Cadrer et orienter les initiatives Data & IA

  • Identifier et qualifier les opportunités Data & IA à forte valeur métier.
  • Animer des ateliers de cadrage avec les vis-à-vis métiers et IT.
  • Construire des business cases et trajectoires de transformation.
  • Définir les prérequis organisationnels, fonctionnels et technologiques.
  • Challenger les choix d'architecture et les orientations techniques.

Piloter la réalisation des projets

  • Diriger des projets Data, Analytics, IA et GenAI.
  • Sécuriser les engagements projet, les délais et la qualité des livrables.
  • Garantir l'adoption des solutions par les métiers.

Développer les solutions GenAI

  • Concevoir des architectures basées sur les LLM.
  • Définir des stratégies RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
  • Mettre en œuvre des agents IA et workflows agentiques.
  • Définir les mécanismes de sécurité, guardrails et contrôle qualité.

Encadrer et faire grandir les équipes

  • Manager et accompagner les consultants Data & IA.
  • Assurer le coaching et le développement des compétences.
  • Participer au recrutement et à l'évaluation technique des candidats.
  • Contribuer à la capitalisation et au rayonnement de la communauté Data & IA.

Développer l'activité

  • Participer aux avant-ventes et réponses aux appels d'offres.
  • Contribuer aux propositions commerciales et soutenances clients.
  • Participer à la construction des offres Data & IA.

  • Bon relationnel et capacité à évoluer dans des environnements internationaux
