Job Description & Summary

Notre équipe Consulting accompagne la transformation des Directions Financières de grands groupes marocains et internationaux. Nos projets embarquant toutes les dimensions technologiques et digitales.

Vous intervenez auprès de nos clients, tous secteurs d’activité confondus (automobile, énergie, luxe, banque, télécommunications…), sur divers types de missions d’accompagnement, parmi lesquelles :

Les projets de changement et d’implémentation d’outils de consolidation et de reporting
(SAP Group Reporting, OneStream, Tagetik, …), incluant l’aide au choix de solution, la définition des besoins métiers, la conception des modèles de consolidation, l’implémentation, les phases de recette et l’accompagnement au déploiement, en mobilisant votre double compétence métier / outils.
La production des comptes consolidés, ainsi que les reportings de consolidation et de gestion, dans des environnements multi‑entités et en constante évolution.
L’accompagnement sur des problématiques spécifiques et à forte technicité, telles que les variations de périmètre, les comptes Pro forma, les évolutions normatives, le reporting de durabilité (RDH / ESG), ou encore la refonte et l’amélioration des processus de consolidation et de reporting.

Vous êtes diplômé(e) niveau Bac+5 d'une école d'ingénieur ou de commerce, IEP ou 3ème cycle universitaire spécialisé en finance/gestion
Vous justifiez d’au moins 3 années d’expérience en consolidation ou au reporting statutaire
Vous disposez de solides connaissances des principes de consolidation en IFRS
Vous êtes familier des outils de consolidation (HFM, BFC …)
Vous faites preuve de curiosité et d’adaptabilité face à un monde de la consolidation en pleine transformation digitale/technologique
Vous avez une excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais
