Contexte et environnement de travail :

Vos missions :

Bibliographie sur les méthodes de réduction du temps de cycle de production des pièces du point de vue de la machine de coulée et de ses périphériques et du moule
Proposition de cahier des charges pour un moule technologique embarquant les pistes de réduction de temps de cycles et des géométries complexes type nervures, picots, épaisseurs variables
Design de la pièce à couler avec simulation du procédé de fonderie coulée sous pression aluminium
Suivi des études du moule avec le mouliste retenu
Suivant avancement du projet, éventuellement suivi de la coulée des pièces

Qui êtes-vous ?

Vous préparez actuellement un Bac+5 en école d’ingénieur, avec une spécialisation en Mécanique, Matériaux, Fonderie, Génie Industriel ou Conception Produit.
Notions sur le procédé de fonderie sous pression aluminium et la simulation de coulée associée
Notions de conception CAO sous Catia
Esprit de synthèse pour la restitution de la bibliographie, la rédaction de cahier des charges et les présentations de restitution
Goût pour le travail d’équipe
Niveau correct en anglais à l’oral pour travailler avec des fournisseurs
