JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
- Follow up customer collections and payment status.
- Support preparation and execution of Booking Forms, Deposit Agreements, Escrow Agreements, and SPA.
- Monitor bank loan documentation and coordinate with customers and banks.
- Support subsale transactions and prepare required documents.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Service team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- English communication is a plus.
