  • Strong grasp of card payments, authorization flows, fraud strategies, and real-time decisioning.
  • Ability to define architectures, integration patterns (APIs, MCPs, webhooks, eventing), data models, and security controls at enterprise scale.
  • Executive presence and client-facing skills; able to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; excellent written and verbal communication is mandatory.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience integrating payment platforms and services such as Pismo, FeatureSpace, wallets/tokenization, and SDKs (mobile/web) is nice to have.
  • Practical knowledge of API design and testing.

Impact you’ll have:

  • Accelerate time-to-market for clients’ digital propositions while improving fraud loss rates, authorization approval rates, and platform resilience.
  • Create reusable delivery playbooks and technical assets that scale across issuers, fintechs, acquirers, and retailers in the region.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Understand client needs and present tailored tech solutions
  • Quantify solution value and differentiation
  • Create sales materials and presentations
  • Identify key stakeholders and processes
  • Lead expert team effectively (data scientists, data engineers, tech or risk technical experts)

  • Build relationships for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Work comfortably with diverse Visa clients
  • Align all sales materials with Visa's core values and brand identity
  • Develop profitable pricing strategies
  • Demonstrate strong project and program management skills
