At HP Barcelona, we are committed to reshaping the future of work through technology. As one of the world’s largest R&D centers, we bring together more than 800 engineers and deliver over 150 inventions annually. Our site serves as the global headquarters for the Large Format Printing and 3D Printing Business Units, driving innovation across software, firmware, and hardware development.

Beyond engineering, our Sales, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and Finance teams work collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer experiences and continuously optimize processes. This ensures that HP remains agile and prepared to meet future challenges.

Within the Services Supply Chain organization, the Transition Practice is one of the pillars that standardizes how new service deals move from sales and solution design into steady-state operations. The practice connects cross-functional teams, structures operational readiness, improves data visibility, and develops repeatable processes, governance, tools, and performance indicators that support predictable go-live execution.

Join us to help turn this evolving practice into a scalable, data-driven operating model with practical tools that teams can use every day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of the Transition Practice framework, playbook, process maps, templates, and governance materials.
  • Collect, structure, clean, and connect transition-related data from existing trackers and operational sources to improve data quality and traceability.
  • Help design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI views that provide visibility into transition progress, operational readiness, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Analyze process performance and recurring issues, identify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations and visual insights.
  • Support the automation and simplification of recurring reporting, data consolidation, and workflow activities using appropriate digital tools.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in process engineering, operational excellence, data management, and performance measurement.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools. Experience with Excel and Smartsheet is strongly valued; exposure to Power BI, Power Query, Python, SQL or automation tools is a plus.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, curiosity, initiative, and confidence collaborating in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
