Master Works is looking for a Data, Senior Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions, data warehouse architectures, and Business Intelligence systems. The role focuses on data extraction, transformation, reporting, database development, and visualization to support business needs and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence, data integration, and data warehouse solutions.
Build and manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
Develop, deploy, and maintain reports and dashboards using reporting and data visualization tools.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and database objects.
Design and develop relational and multidimensional database architectures.
Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot data pipelines, databases, and BI solutions.
Implement data warehouse concepts, tools, and best practices.
Develop data visualization solutions to present complex data effectively.
Gather and translate business and client requirements into technical and functional specifications.
Establish and maintain development standards aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.
Modify database structures and data solutions to meet client requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering, database development, or Business Intelligence.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, DTS, or SSAS, with SSIS preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, indexes, query optimization, and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, relational and multidimensional databases, and data integration architectures.
Strong ability to write, analyze, debug, and optimize SQL queries.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
Good command of English and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
