The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the management and development of corporate and personal client accounts. What The Day Will Look Like Providing comprehensive service and support to local clients, both individuals and organizations—across all insurance products offered by our office including General Insurance, Group Life and Group Medical (Group Benefits). Managing day-to-day communications and negotiations with insurance providers for specific accounts. Providing administrative, reporting and practical support to senior brokers and management where required. Expanding the client base by leveraging personal networks, skills, and existing portfolio. Resolution of queries received from clients and insurers - liaising with colleagues within other departments and local offices as necessary. Working in accordance with the Aon Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon policies (including completion of mandatory training). Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Cyprus insurance market, either for an agent/broker or insurer on a client facing role. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, exceptional organizational skills, ability to make and communicate difficult decisions. Strong written and communication skills necessary to communicate in a professional manner with clients and the marketplace. A strong team player who understands the roles and responsibilities of other Aon professionals on the team, assumes responsibility for the timely delivery of a professional work product in accordance with assigned roles, and facilitates communication among team members. Promote creativity in presenting new ideas and approaches for clients or prospects; promote a positive attitude in always trying to improve a program. Education Holder of ΠΒΑΚ (Certificate of Basic Insurance Training). Bachelor’s degree Compensation & Benefits The expected salary for the role is within an indicative range of €29.900.00 - €35,100.00, based on the candidate's experience and seniority.
