From one service, we're delivering versatility with numerous ways to watch hundreds of thousands of titles on the web, mobile devices, and hundreds of Internet-connected TVs, Blu-Ray players, and set-top boxes. The Prime Video Original Series Marketing QAS ensures our ads and marketing breakouts meet Amazon’s high bar for customer experience. As a Design Lead you will have the opportunity to be part of a team working on digital advertising for Prime Video’s original and exclusive content including Award-winning shows and movies.

Fo the Design Lead role, the candidate is required to demonstrate strong leadership in both creative and operational contexts, with the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable results. They should be equally comfortable leading strategic initiatives and providing hands-on creative direction. As part of this role, you'll lead complex creative initiatives, develop cross-site design systems, and champion process improvements that scale our creative capabilities. You'll be instrumental in establishing and maintaining design standards through comprehensive style guides and SOPs, while mentoring teams through 1:1 sessions and training programs. You will get an opportunity to drive experimental creative projects and manage complex design initiatives from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate needs to a self-driven problem solver who can balance creative excellence with operational efficiency, while demonstrating strong leadership in cross-functional environments.

Key job responsibilities
Lead global complex initiatives including undefined tasks, pilot programs, and new line of business (LOB) projects

* Drive design consistency and quality standards globally across Prime Video's marketing channels
* Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and SOPs while partnering with management
* Oversee complex, high-priority and AdHoc design requests
* Review and approve creative mocks and decks ensuring adherence to PV design standards (within design production)
* Document and implement best practices while streamlining approval processes
* Lead campaign kick-off meetings and alignment sessions with key stakeholders
* Build and influence relationships across multiple teams including QA, Producers, Managers, Art Directors, and visual designers
* Coordinate with art directors and resolve cross-regional/LOBs design conflicts for Global campaigns
* Provide mentorship and guidance to production designers
* Conduct post-mortem analyses and manage escalations
* Create and update intake templates based on team feedback
* Address design challenges proactively through innovative solution
* Support the intake process by monitoring production timelines, defining workflows, documenting content for SOPs and training. Facilitating new product launches.
* Create Presentation Decks with specific guidelines coming from PV Creative.

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related studies
- * Minimum 7 years experience as a Design Lead, Senior or Art Director in creative agency/production environments
- * English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken)
- * 5+ years working with Adobe Creative Suite tools and Figma.
- * Experience in managing and scaling design processes
- * Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design capabilities (link required)
- * Strong documentation and narrative writing skills

Preferred qualifications

- * Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards and driving continuous improvement
- * Experience in global design initiative management and cross-regional coordination
- * Experience mentoring creative teams and fostering talent development
- * Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management
